Wine Trade basks in the post Davis Cup glow on the grass of Earlsfield


On a sunny summers day at the end of July, Ten of the wine trades finest tennis players descended on the fabulous grass courts of the Spencer Lawn Tennis Club in Earlsfield. With memories of GB's fine victory over the French a few miles up the road, fresh in the mind, they set about in earnest in the first leg of the competition to be crowned WTSC Tennis Champion and win the magnificent Dienhardt Trophy.

Congratulations to the winner, Paul Lister for an outstanding performance with special mentions to Gary, Will and Arabella - all to play for in September at Camber!

If you have not already signed up for the second and final tournament of 2015 at Camber Tennis Club on Tuesday 29th September, Please do so with Lucy Marcuson as soon as possible. Another fun filled evening of tennis and food and wine to be enjoyed in the brand new clubhouse.
